Mr. Eisele grew up in Portland, Oregon where he attended Fernwood Elementary School and Portland Lutheran High School.  After graduating college from Concordia University in Nebraska, he has served as teacher, or principal at Trinity-Kalispell, MT; Christ-Murray, UT, Peace-Bremerton, WA and Christ-Juniata, NE.

In 1997, Mr. Eisele was recognized as a teacher of distinction for middle school social studies instruction in Wasatch County, UT.  In 2000, Mr. Eisele accepted his first administrative position as assistant principal and athletic director.  In 2003, Mr. Eisele became principal Peace-Bremerton, WA and was appointed to the accreditation commission of the Northwest District of the LCMS.  In 2014, Mr. Eisele answered the Call to join the staff at Christ Lutheran-Juniata, NE to serve as principal/teacher and to lead their school through a school restart/accreditation process.  In July of 2022, Doug returned to Peace-Bremerton, WA as principal.  Doug has served as an NLSA councilor for accreditation to several schools in both the Northwest and Nebraska Districts of the LCMS.

Doug and his wife Paula have two adult children named Dane and Ciera.  Upon returning to Bremerton Paula returned to her old job as an orthodontic assistant in Silverdale, WA.  Their son Dane currently works in a food distribution warehouse student and their daughter Ciera helps manage a fitness center in Pearl Harbor, HI where her husband (Noah) is stationed as a drone mechanic.

Rita has been a member of Peace Lutheran Church since 1984. She has two daughters, who attended Peace Lutheran School, both of them going all the way through eighth grade. She has served on various Boards and Committees, caters many school and church events with her husband Art, and volunteers wherever needed. She has worked at Peace since 1992 in Childcare and Administration. It is the love of the children, their parents, and our wonderful staff that brings her back year after year. Marilyn Perry has two daughters, Leah and Michelle, who attended Peace from Kindergarten through eighth grade and one grandson. Her husband, Bruce, is retired from civil service at Bangor. Marilyn has been the school secretary since 1994. mperry@plsbremerton.org

Miss Rachel was born and raised in Bremerton, Washington. She attended Peace Lutheran from Preschool through eighth grade. She then went on to Olympic High School, where she first started taking early childhood classes, and then to Olympic college to continue. She has been working at Peace since 2002 in the daycare and aiding in the preschool and prekindergarten classrooms. Rachel enjoys sports, movies, and spending time with family and friends. rdeem@plsbremerton.org

Ms. Aimee graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Lutheran Teachers Diploma from Concordia University, Nebraska. Aimee was born and raised in Mount Pulaski, Illinois. Before coming to Peace, she taught PreKindergarten in Lincoln, Nebraska. She is married to Elisha and has a four-year-old beagle named Ryker. She has been a part of Peace since 2022. She is very excited to be the PreK teacher here and cannot wait to see how God works at Peace this school year. In her free time, she loves to swim, hike, and explore nature. Ms. McQuillan graduated from the teaching program at Western Washington University. She received her degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education. Jessica grew up in Silverdale, WA. She enjoys crafting, traveling, and exploring new places. She has been teaching at Peace since 2020. jmcquillan@plsbremerton.org

Mrs. DeDominick-Hill graduated cum laude from the honors program at Concordia University, Portland. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education with a minor in Professional Church Work and art. Catherine grew up in a military family and has lived all around the nation including, the Midwest, Alaska, and Canada. Mrs. DeDominick-Hill and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new places. She loves to paint and draw, and she plays piano and guitar. She came to Peace in 2010. cdedominickhill@plsbremerton.org

Mrs. Gierke was born and raised in Bremerton and lives in Belfair. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Her husband, Bruce, works as an Infrastructure Support Specialist for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Terri and Bruce have two daughters, Tricia and Kaitlyn. Terri enjoys riding her horse, Smokey, walking her dogs, and gardening. Terri taught first and second grades and has been at Peace since 2000.​ tgierke@plsbremerton.org

Mrs. McConahay was born and raised in Port Angeles, WA. Britt knew from the time she graduated high school that she wanted to work with kids and young adults for a living. She received her BS in Bible/Theology and Youth Ministry from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. She then went on to receive her Masters of  Arts in Teaching from Multnomah University. Her husband, Tj, is the Next Generation Pastor at GracePoint Church in Kitsap. This is her first year at Peace Lutheran and her three children are also attending. Mrs. Love was born in San Diego, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from San Diego State University and her Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University. She has taught fifth grade since 2019. She is married to Chris, and has two sons, Austin and Matthew (both Peace graduates). In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family. Mrs. Kelly was born into a military family in Hammond, Louisiana.  She received her primary education while living abroad and within various states across the southern parts of the United States. Mrs. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida and has had the privilege to teach in the states of Florida, Maryland, California, Hawaii, Washington, and at the Department of Defense Education Activity in Yokosuka, Japan. Mrs. Kelly is a proud Navy spouse to her husband, Ian.  Together they have three children: Cayden, Charleston, and Carter, all of whom are students at Peace Lutheran. ckelly@plsbremerton.org

Mr. Rutan was born in Kirkland, WA. He received his BA in Criminal Justice and BA in Social Studies from Washington State University. He is currently working on his MS in Education of Reading through Arkansas University. Prior to being a teacher, he was Military Police in the Marine Corps. He is married to Becca and has a daughter named Cecilia. They also have a Lab Pointer mix named Max. He has been at Peace since 2019. nrutan@plsbremerton.org

Mrs. Juszczak was born in Gardena, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Concordia University in Portland. She has taught at Concordia Lutheran School in Tacoma, Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran School in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Scottsbluff Public Schools in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and in the Bremerton Public Schools. Sheri’s husband, John, is retired. She has three sons, Will, Martin and Erik (all Peace graduates), two step-children, Matt and Aly, who live in Oregon, and two grandchildren. ​Mr. Petrich has lived throughout Minnesota his entire life before receiving God’s call to Peace Lutheran. He graduated from Concordia University St. Paul where he received his Bachelor of Arts in church music under the direction of Dr. David Mennicke. He also received a minor in Lutheran Theology, meeting the requirements for his certification to become a Director of Parish Music. His primary emphasis of study was in conducting and clarinet. While studying to become a Director of Parish Music, Mr. Petrich also studied K-12 music education. dpetrich@plsbremerton.org

Mr. Art is the jack of all trades. He is a Navy Veteran whose career sent him all over the world. His most notable accomplishment was marrying Ms. Rita. On Mondays and Fridays, you can find Mr. Art serving lunch to the whole school. Everyday he can be found lending a helpful hand, smile, and a good practical joke. If you need to find him and he's missing, tell Rita, she'll find him.
