Mr. Eisele grew up in Portland, Oregon where he attended Fernwood Elementary School and Portland Lutheran High School. After graduating college from Concordia University in Nebraska, he has served as teacher, or principal at Trinity-Kalispell, MT; Christ-Murray, UT, Peace-Bremerton, WA and Christ-Juniata, NE.
In 1997, Mr. Eisele was recognized as a teacher of distinction for middle school social studies instruction in Wasatch County, UT. In 2000, Mr. Eisele accepted his first administrative position as assistant principal and athletic director. In 2003, Mr. Eisele became principal Peace-Bremerton, WA and was appointed to the accreditation commission of the Northwest District of the LCMS. In 2014, Mr. Eisele answered the Call to join the staff at Christ Lutheran-Juniata, NE to serve as principal/teacher and to lead their school through a school restart/accreditation process. In July of 2022, Doug returned to Peace-Bremerton, WA as principal. Doug has served as an NLSA councilor for accreditation to several schools in both the Northwest and Nebraska Districts of the LCMS.
Doug and his wife Paula have two adult children named Dane and Ciera. Upon returning to Bremerton Paula returned to her old job as an orthodontic assistant in Silverdale, WA. Their son Dane currently works in a food distribution warehouse student and their daughter Ciera helps manage a fitness center in Pearl Harbor, HI where her husband (Noah) is stationed as a drone mechanic.

Rita has been a member of Peace Lutheran Church since 1984. She has two daughters, who attended Peace Lutheran School, both of them going all the way through eighth grade. She has served on various Boards and Committees, caters many school and church events with her husband Art, and volunteers wherever needed. She has worked at Peace since 1992 in Childcare and Administration. It is the love of the children, their parents, and our wonderful staff that brings her back year after year. Miss Rachel was born and raised in Bremerton, Washington. She attended Peace Lutheran from Preschool through eighth grade. She then went on to Olympic High School, where she first started taking early childhood classes, and then to Olympic college to continue. She has been working at Peace since 2002 in the daycare and aiding in the preschool and prekindergarten classrooms. Ms. Mariah has spent many years teaching art to children and seniors therapeutically. During Covid, access to teach art slowed down and Mariah was inspired by her young son to go into Early Childhood Education. She has worked as a Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten teacher since, receiving certification through Olympic College. Ms. Mariah loves teaching creatively and hopes to inspire a lifelong love of learning. When Ms. Mariah isn't teaching children, she paints, enjoys nature, and creates stories with her son. As a child, I had a goal to be a teacher. I started out teaching preschool while earning an AA degree in early childhood education. I became fond of teaching and earned my BA degree in education. I taught in public school and made the switch to teach in Christian school in 2023. Through the years I have seen my son grow and learn. The time I have with my son is very previous. Ms. McQuillan graduated from the teaching program at Western Washington University. She received her degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education. Mrs. DeDominick-Hill graduated cum laude from the honors program at Concordia University, Portland. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education with a minor in Professional Church Work and art. Catherine grew up in a military family and has lived all around the nation including, the Midwest, Alaska, and Canada. Mrs. DeDominick-Hill and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Mr. Unruh graduated top 5 from his class of 7 at Richey High School in Montana. He then went to Crown Bible College in Minnesota for two years. He finished his degree in Elementary Education at University of Montana Western. He taught in Wolf Point, Montana for 3 years and then he and his wife, April, moved to Washington. In Washington he taught at a Montessori school for 14 years and last year joined Peace Lutheran. He has three kids (Taylor 20, Logan 9, Rylee 6) and a German Shepard/Husky mix named Barry. Mr. Unruh enjoys woodworking in his free time and collecting baseball cards.
Mrs. White was born in Torrance, California. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southern Oregon University. Several years later she received her Masters of Arts in Teaching through an online school called WGU. She has a husband and two wonderful children. Mrs. White moved to Gig Harbor in 2016. Mrs. Love was born in San Diego, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from San Diego State University and her Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University. She has taught fifth grade since 2019. She is married to Chris, and has two sons, Austin and Matthew (both Peace graduates). In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family. Mrs. Sizemore was born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virinia. She graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and Masters in Reading, Literacy, and Learning. From there she taught at an elementary school in Virginia before moving to Japan for a year. Her husband Tre works for the Navy out of Bremerton. Mrs. Juszczak was born in Gardena, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Concordia University in Portland. She has taught at Concordia Lutheran School in Tacoma, Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran School in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Scottsbluff Public Schools in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and in the Bremerton Public Schools. Sheri’s husband, John, is retired. She has three sons, Will, Martin and Erik (all Peace graduates), two step-children, Matt and Aly, who live in Oregon, and two grandchildren. Mr. Petrich has lived throughout Minnesota his entire life before receiving God’s call to Peace Lutheran. He graduated from Concordia University St. Paul where he received his Bachelor of Arts in church music under the direction of Dr. David Mennicke. He also received a minor in Lutheran Theology, meeting the requirements for his certification to become a Director of Parish Music. His primary emphasis of study was in conducting and clarinet. Mr. Art is the jack of all trades. He is a Navy Veteran whose career sent him all over the world. His most notable accomplishment was marrying Ms. Rita. On Mondays and Fridays, you can find Mr. Art serving lunch to the whole school. Everyday he can be found lending a helpful hand, smile, and a good practical joke. If you need to find him and he's missing, tell Rita, she'll find him.
